My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms, facing the interior courtyard with queen beds, were spacious and equipped with every amenity, providing great comfort. The service was exceptional, with helpful and knowledgeable staff making my experience hassle-free. The location, within walking distance to Retiro Park and the Prado Museum, was perfect for exploring the city. However, the dining experience at the restaurant was mediocre, and there were areas that needed improvement.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms, though on the smaller side, were well-appointed and very clean, with a beautiful glass wall bathroom. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to be kind and accommodating. The location was excellent, situated in a prime spot near upscale neighborhoods and key attractions. While the dining experience had some minor issues, overall, the hotel offers great value for the money.
